Amsterdam Part II
We went in search of Amsterdam's famous stroopwafel and found ourselves at the Albert Cuyp Market, where we ate chocolate covered waffles for breakfast and browsed through the many street vendors selling food, trinkets and clothing. We went early enough so that it wasn't too crowded and Margot was able to roam free and explore on her own, dancing in the middle of the market whenever we'd pass by vendors playing music. We had no other plans for the day, so we simply strolled until we passed by a canal cruise we thought would be cool to check out. The 2 hour boat tour took us under bridges and through the entire city—Margot especially loved being out on the deck, despite the chilliness of the day. It was a pretty perfect and relaxing day spent with my 2 favorite people.
