When deciding on the decor for Margot's nursery, I knew I wanted some sort of cool and organic wall hanging to add to the mix. So to Pinterest I went for inspiration. I eventually found these amazing Driftwood Wall Hangings from the Association Shop and decided to try my hand at making my own...happy to say that it was so fun and easy to make. I even made a couple more to give as gifts. I love the personal touch of something I molded and made myself for her nursery. See how I made them, down below.
+ Mold your desired shapes (be sure to make holes in pieces like balls or tubes so you can pull twine through)
+ Bake your clay (follow the instructions on the packaging) and let your pieces cool
+ Cut 2 long pieces of twine and attach desired shapes by wrapping and knotting
+ Wrap each side of twine onto your wood piece and join those pieces with a knot
